Transportation Technician Iii: Traffic Signalization Project Management
Current* Overseeing approval, coordination, implementation, and progress of projects* Conducting field investigations and recommending solutions to traffic flow and control problems* Analyzing data and the preparation and presentation of reports to facilitate transportation studies* Reviewing contraction activities while in progress and assuring conformance with plans and established work methods and procedures* Maintaining contact with project developers regarding ongoing projects and facilitating overall construction processes* Approving or disapproving construction documents and communicating results to appropriate design professionals in order to facilitate construction * Coordinating project work with engineering, inspectors, utilities, and contractors to keep projects on schedule and maintain strong working relationships* Providing Nextdoor and Twitter announcements and communication from the City of Tampa to facilitate the transfer of information to the public and build stronger community trust*Reviewing plan sets through Accela and the FDOT ERC
