An enthusiastic go-getter, Brad Levinson has experience in property management, in-home renovation, and resale.Brad grew up in the northern suburbs of Chicago with his parents and two older brothers. Living in Chicagoland he played ice hockey, became a big Blackhawk fan and was an avid community volunteer.As a University of Iowa Hawkeye, he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Management with an Entrepreneurial Certificate. While at Iowa, Brad played on the Division II men’s hockey team and was Assistant Captain his Junior year. He was also a member of the Alpha Epsilon Pi (AEPi) fraternity and found time to assist with the purchase and renovation of a foreclosed home in Iowa City. Working on this property allowed him to experience and enjoy the home flipping side of the real estate industry. Following college graduation Brad headed to the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. He spent three years as a ski instructor in Beaver Creek Colorado, a hockey coach in Vail and an assistant property manager at a beautiful ski in ski out condominium complex. His experience in property management had him working directly with the HOA, delegating contractors and managing a charming 54 unit complex and staff. Working closely with realtors during this time gave Brad yet another unique prospective of the realty industry.Brad is young, ambitious, determined and ready to work for you.
