Responsible for monitoring overall operation, maintenance of all data center building systems including: mechanical (HVAC, CRAC and CRAH units, Chillers VFD’s, Air Handlers chill water and hot water pumps); electrical (UPS’s, Generators, Transfer Switches and switchgear); Fire Detection and Suppression, Temperature control systems, building automation systems, video surveillance systems and card access control systems.Managed the implementations/installations of all Tel-co Carrier cross-connects throughout the multiple Data Centers locations.Maintain effective communication with all internal personnel, new/existing clients and contractors throughout the implementation process.Respond to emergency situations with electrical and cooling issues to assure facility is always N+1 or above.

Responsible for tracking and trending operational characteristics; Escort and monitor vendors and contractors to assure proper safety and operating procedures were followed. First level support and remote hands for client issues.
