• Responsible for the day to day Document Management operations for the Husky Sunrise Project “Field Facilities” location
• Managing all information incoming from the contractor - Ensuring that all standards and project procedures relating to records management are adhered to
• Working with the Sub-Contracts team to ensure all sub-contract documentation is submitted timely and accurately
• Efficiently and accurately locating\providing documentation to the project team as required
• Providing weekly\monthly reports to the project team
• Received, issued, classified, distributed, stored, and retrieved documents/drawings for both vendor and engineering documents

• Project lead – Responsible for overseeing all Project Document and Data Management (PDDM) activities within the project including:
• Responsible for designing various aspects for the project database (i.e. documents profile screens, transmittal fields) based on client specifications and standards.
• Working with the Sub-Contracts team to ensure all documentation provided by the client is accurate.
• Perform monthly data reconciliations between company’s data management system and client’s EDMS
• Responsible for developing and writing procedures/training plans
• Ensure all EWP/CWP packages have been checked for accuracy before upload to client EDMS
