Service Delivery Manager
Current- Manage Premium Support delivery ensuring excellence in delivery to customers and optimization of Premium Renewals- Sell new Consulting, Premium Support, and Training- Develop and implement service delivery strategies that improve client satisfaction and retention. - Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Act as first point of escalation for all services related issues and manage critical situations efficiently with clear status reports to senior management.
