Profile bio

About Brad Stanley

I joined HPE as a software engineer, and am now a manager for a team of software engineers. I enjoy learning, and encouraging people around me to learn, putting themselves in positions to experience a healthy level of discomfort to grow. I really enjoy the frequent deploys we get to have on a cloud software team. Previously, I worked for Lockheed Martin for just under eight years. During that time I completed Lockheed Martin's Engineering Leadership Development Program and I gradually increased my knowledge and responsibilities as a software engineer while getting the opportunity to work on a couple different projects. The last project I worked on was on a contract for NASA, helping to create the new mission control center in an Agile-like environment. In addition, while working I obtained my Master's in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University.

Listed skills include Software Development, Software Engineering, Rational Doors, Configuration Management, and 26 others.
