Brad gained an appreciation of the construction industry at a young age, working for a home builder while in high school and funding his college, business school and law school education as a general contractor, building homes in Central Oregon. He quickly learned the construction industry is closely linked to the legal field, with all of the laws and regulations impacting the industry. This experience has helped Brad gain valuable insights on how best to provide his clients with practical, cost effective legal advice and guidance.As a lawyer, Brad uses this experience, along with his business school education, to assist clients with corporate formation, capitalization, financing, structuring and transactional matters. Brad advises clients on a wide variety of business issues, from choice of entity and operations, to succession planning and implementation of exit strategies.
