Fire House Investments, LLC d/b/a Marco's Franchise Finance was organized for the sole and exclusive purpose of providing financial services to the franchisees of Marco's Pizza LLC based in Toledo Ohio. My 12.5 year stay at Domino’s Pizza, Inc. (DPI) commenced in March 1987 where I held a variety of positions including President of TSM Leasing, Vice President of TSM Financial Services, Co-Chairman of the Thomas S. Monaghan Treasury Committee, inter-company consultant, staff member of the real estate department and Finance Department Manager of Royalties.

Financial brokerage services provided to small, medium and large business entities. Services included origination, documentation and funding of credit lines, business loans, equipment leases (debt and equity) and commercial mortgages. Domino's Pizza, Inc. was a large ticket client, which is what led to my subsequent 12.5 years there.

Started as an equipment leasing sales person and was quickly promoted to sales manager, then VP of Marketing. The principal of this company also owned a Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) which focused on equity positions with new or growing concerns. Employment was interrupted by my choice to gain additional experience with other local leasing.
