Expect products that are sourced almost exclusively from NY state and a few surprises you might not expect!Currently seeking skilled master brewer, who can not only make a good beer on a commercial level, but make that same beer over and over again. Please be familiar with grain bills and hop varieties that can be sourced from NY state. Odd request, but must like dogs!

Offering guest service in a warm, but unusual manner. I work hard to deliver greetings and responses that vary greatly from the typical "Good evening Mr. so and so, how may I be of assistance?" The lyrics I use are devised to penetrate through the neurologically conditioned responses and also aim to target the underlined needs of the guest. I use this technique to transcend beyond being just an attentive agent, but also to build a long lasting and meaningful relationship with the guest. Truly in my mind, I am in the business of making friends, not serving clients.
