Concept design through to Validation of systems, process plant, services and utilities and facilities in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Containment, Food and Beverage and Chemical industries.During my time at CET Group, I have worked on projects for Dulux Group, Little Creatures, CSL, CSIRO ACDP/AAHL, and many others.Lead engineer for initial concept design through to commissioning and production of process and services plant for a $160M state of the art, highly automated paint manufacturing facility. Systems include Bulk materials receipt and storage, accurate material additions, liquid and powder mixing and blending, dispersion, filtration, transfers and pigging, process water, waste water collection and treatment (solids removal), chemical delivery systems (dangerous goods), compressed air.Lead engineer for design through to validation of process services plant for a new $85M cell culture facility, to comply with GMP (TGA) and PC2LS (OGTR) requirements. Systems include Water for Injection (Hot and Cold), Pure Steam, Reagents, Process gases - Oxygen, Nitrogen and Carbon Dioxide, Liquid Nitrogen, Sterile Filtered Compressed Air, Effluent collection and decontamination, heat/cool systems.Lead engineer for design through to validation of process and services plant for an $8M upgrade and modification to a plasma products facility to introduce a new product, to comply with GMP (TGA) requirements. Systems include product filtration (UF/DF), virus filtration, pasteurisation, formulation, and supporting services such as SIP and CIP, WFI, reagents, Pure Steam, Sterile Filtered Compressed Air, heat/cool system, Effluent collection.
