Responsibilities:• Providing quality level 3 technical support and engineering services across all MS accounts.• Manage, maintain and configure customer Active-Directory and Exchange infrastructure.• Support and implement network switching and firewall solutions.• Optimise and ensure client system backups and disaster recovery.• Monitor all client systems through CA unified infrastructure management software.• Secure client infrastructure within the Application, OS and Network systems.• Support corporate infrastructure.• Liaise with vendors such as VMware, Microsoft, Dell, Cisco and Symantec• Adhere to strict ITIL change and Incident management processes

This is a program funded by the Victorian state government to supply schools with technical support. I was contracted to 7 Primary Schools and 1 large multi-campus Secondary College.
