Effective use of Project Management tools like JIRA and platforms such as Teams is essential to deliver intuitive self-serve solutions.2.DATA QUALITY WILL BE POOR: Data quality is always worse than stakeholders expect. Rapidly developing tools to highlight data gaps and involving stakeholders early is crucial.3.FAIL FAST: Creating data viz content is an iterative process, requiring collaboration. Initial iterations will “fail” but will serve to generate stakeholder vital feedback.4.BEFRIEND STAKEHOLDERS : The developer's relationship with stakeholders significantly influences the output.
