Antes de ingressar no mercado de benefícios e seguros, em 2017, tive uma longa passagem pelo Banco BTG Pactual. Lá aprendi muito sobre a importância de se colocar o cliente em primeiro lugar, como liderar uma equipe e a necessidade de se desenvolver uma cultura corporativa forte. Depois de 11 anos trabalhando no BTG Pactual, de ter passado por diversas experiências incríveis e de ter liderado a área de Middle Office do banco, decidi que era o momento de procurar novos objetivos. Dessa forma, me mudei para Boston em 2012 para fazer um MBA em empreendedorismo, que é um tema que sou apaixonado. Foi uma experiência enriquecedora, onde pude viver a cultura americana e de me relacionar com pessoas dos mais diversos países (e culturas) do mundo. Após ter voltado para o Brasil e passado por alguns projetos em tecnologia, fui convidado a me tornar sócio de uma corretora de benefícios em 2017. Desde então, venho me aprofundando cada vez mais no mercado de saúde. Percebi o quão complicado é o nosso sistema e que essa complexidade gera diversos problemas: empresas com dificuldade de entender os planos de saúde, custos cada vez mais altos e pouca transparência. Pensando nisso, eu e meu sócio, decidimos criar uma nova empresa.Assim nasceu a BTR Seguros, uma plataforma completa de gestão de benefícios empresariais.
