Responsible for managing teams and developing projects with diverse aim:-E2E (Manufaturing & Distribution) Mexico Network optimization-Network optimization of raw materials’ supply chain-Manufacturing Capacity Map: scorecard of lines utilization to align CAPEX investments-Network and production footprint of new factories-Make or buy strategic decisions-Greenfield, sizing and flows definition for current and new HUBs/DCs/X-docks

Development of projects, strategies and tools in several scopes and geographies with a broad interface with other areas of the company:- Network Design Optimization- RTM and transportation strategy- Fleet operational improvement- Cross-Country Digital Master Plan

Acting in projects of various scopes in direct contact with management and C-level:- Definition and redesign of logistics network (operational research)- Transportation management and strategy- BID conduction and outsourcing of warehousing and transportation- Panoramas and market studies- Demand planning and forecastingExperience in several segments:- Oil and Gas- Food and Beverage- National Retail/E-commerce- Local Retail- Urban TransportationOther activities:- Creation of content in the consultancy's blog with current and relevant themes linked to logistics and supply chain- Internal support and participation in International Supply Chain Forum - ILOS

Responsible for:- Monitoring and analysis of commercial indicators of large industry- Preparation of material and periodic presentation to the company's leadership- Internal process improvements and development of automation tools
