I worked closely with an international team of Product Designers to develop visual and interactive design solutions that made our software attractive and easy to use while assuring it reflected the Lightspeed brand and identity.

I was the Visual Designer and Creative and Brand Manager for a rapidly growing SaaS company. While working closely with developers, founders and the management team, I designed and produced the public-facing web site, provided overall creative direction, designed and produced marketing and advertising materials for print and digital media, supported SEO goals, wrote and edited content and worked on product UI design. I created successful print, trade show and event materials.MerchantOS (now Lightspeed Retail) provided web-based, retail point of sale and inventory management software for small and medium sized businesses; giving them the power of an enterprise POS solution.

I was primarily responsible for the look and feel of the Evergreen web site. Created consistently branded, W3C compliant pages using HTML, CSS and of other media tools, while complying with State of Washington standards for accessibility. In addition, I worked closely and collaboratively with other members of the Marketing & Communications staff as well as faculty, other staff and administrators on a wide range of materials across multiple media. My work ranged from web-based information design and the display of complex data, to large and small scale event banners, way finding signage and environmental graphics pieces.

Designed and produced materials in a variety of mediums for recruitment, advancement, marketing and in support of the mission of The Evergreen State College.

Design and advanced production for print, video, audio, interactive media, events, environmental graphics and retail interiors. Was a member of the Ideator creative team and maintained a variety of corporate marketing pieces in both print and digital media.

Worked collaboratively with a small staff on all phases of production, marketing, public relations, and operations at Seattle's most adventurous performing arts producer and presenter.On the Boards is internationally recognized as Seattle's center for contemporary dance, theater and music performance. Performers included The Wooster Group, Bill T. Jones, David Byrne, Sankai Juku, Wim Vandekeybus, Laurie Anderson, La La La Human Steps, Pat Graney, Diamanda Galas, Bloolips and many more local and emerging artists.
