Served as Fulfillment expert, updating and maintaining the Affinion Fulfillment system by modifying Fortran, VAX/VMS, DCL, S1032, Oracle code and databases. Created a new process for member number recovery that was able to recover 500% more numbers than previous methods. Worked closely with operations during the system archival process to ensure the future stability of the member number recovery process. Played a pivotal role in the online fulfillment project which saved the company millions of dollars, moving traditional mail fulfillment to online email fulfillment. Continued to provide solutions and accurate estimates for development efforts, and ensured proper development, testing and delivery of those efforts. Participated in primary off hour support of production systems and processes.

Worked closely with IT and business professionals to improve existing data and ensure data integrity, as it was migrated from a VAX system to the SAP R/3 environment. Managed user requests, data cleansing, and quality assurance efforts within the SAP implementation team. Supported the Sales and Distribution team by creating SAP training materials, analyzing business needs, and configuring document and reporting requirements.
