I am currently a Project Manager with Ashton Woods Homes in the East Dallas area, whose role is to oversee a community, and the production of 15-20 high quality homes in the $400-450k price range. I have over 15 years of experience in single-family and multi-family construction, ranging from small remodels to multi-million dollar projects. Prior to Ashton Woods, I developed skills and habits in production home building through training and experience at Trophy Signature Homes, David Weekley, Grand Homes, and MHI. My expertise in custom homes and remodeling stems from my previous roles at Durham Builders (custom), English Heritage Homes of Texas (custom), and Verge Construction (multi-family), where I managed the construction of custom homes, townhouses, and condominiums in various Dallas neighborhoods. I also handled warranty issues and customer satisfaction, delivering high-quality results on time and on budget. I hold a BSBA with an emphasis in Accounting and Finance from Texas A&M University-Commerce. I was also a Cost Accountant II with Hanson PLC for 3.5 just out of college. This helps me with the financial and operational aspects of construction. My goal is to create beautiful and functional living spaces that meet the needs and expectations of my clients in the most efficient manner both timewise, and cost-wise.
