Coming from a small town in southwest Missouri, it has taught me the value of communication, and approach. Throughout my career paths, I have had the honor of leading people and teams to achieve maximum productivity and financial profitability in identifying ways to approach not only clients but the employees themselves to improve processes and formulate goals that are obtainable to each employee while exceeding the clients expectations. At times, my analytical mind can take over when reviewing reports or a process change proposal. While this can be taken as weakness, I believe it’s one of my strengths as I continually look at the big picture and how it will affect the workflow and the clients experience.
