• Developed a custom application to calculate, model, and store intermediate shaft geometry to ensure performance meets customer expectations. The application automatically generates validation lab setup sheets and integrates with CAD software to automate positioning of the intermediate shaft in different steering column positions for customer part validation and vehicle packaging analysis.
