I oversaw the boys camp counselors in their role of counseling the kids. I was in charge of taking care of day to day issues within boys camp, whether a problem with their kids not doing the right thing or having trouble with something themselves. I lead Bible studies every week, twice a week, for the summer. I was there to overall encourage and make sure everything ran smoothly in boys camp.

I worked with and mentored fourteen year olds who were looking to grow and advance in their relationship with Christ. We taught them what it meant to serve others, but serve themselves in the way they lived for the Lord. We taught them what it meant and what it looked like to work in a summer camp counselor role and to minister to children ranging from ages seven to thirteen.

I worked, only in the summers from 2017-2019, from May to July with children from the ages of seven to thirteen to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with youth and families. My job was to love Jesus and love kids, and from their to give kids a week of fun, safety, and an opportunity to get to know Christ. Within this counselor job from 2017-2019, I worked two jobs in one. On one half of the day, I'd be with my campers and the other day I'd be working my job for the kids, and in this case, I worked the climbing wall.
