Plans and ensures execution of all missions, deployments, and training events in the organization. Assists the director of operations in implementing systems and processes to streamline operations being conducted. • Conducted analysis and planning for over 150 missions and operations in support of the Fort Riley, Kansas regional hub with a 100% success rate in meeting mission requirements.• Prepared multiple briefings for the Commander of the organization to include Organizational Status Report discussing the overall readiness of personnel, equipment, and training level for over 1300 personnel. • Responsible for coordinating with external organizations to provide support for deployments and training events to meet mission requirements. • Oversaw the movement and transportation for 6 deployments that comprised of over 350 Soldiers, and 550 pieces of equipment to various locations across the world.
