As a result, I gain exposure to diverse practices to improve value-adding methods for clients and my professional career. Additionally, my volunteering experience for the Victoria State Emergency Service (VICSES), responding to calls for storm damage and rescue events. These events assist in critical thinking and planning due to the time-critical nature of the incidents. Being the second officer in charge of the Junior Program at the unit offers excellent leadership skills because one needs to take the initiative to lead future rescuers' education.
