Trainer/Coach
Current- Responsible for coaching and training members utilizing CrossFit Methodologies by demonstrating the key points of CrossFit movements all while anticipating the potential risk for injury and taking measures to mitigate.
- Attend continuing education courses to elevate knowledge and enhance skills for delivery of high-quality coaching.
- Manage and maintain an organized and safe floor during shifts and classes.
- Interact with members to enhance their workouts and overall experience.
