Serve as Associate Director of the Novak Leadership Institute at the University of Missouri. Oversee curriculum development, student programs, industry partnerships, and marketing communication for the Institute in support of our mission to build a better world by developing better leaders. Responsible for organizing career-accelerating leadership experiences for Mizzou students including industry trips, speaker events, service-learning partnerships, professional networking, and mentoring opportunities. Co-direct curriculum design and teaching for university-level Novak Leadership courses and professional education. I also serve as an affiliate faculty member for the MU Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, mentoring students teams, contributing to community events, and organizing entrepreneurial programs for students.

Produced creative advertising/sponsorship campaigns and marketing materials for Learfield Sports, a leader in collegiate sports marketing. Developed communication materials for corporate sponsors across a network of over 50 NCAA Division I athletic multi-media properties. Media included print, digital, out-of-home, in-stadium signage (digital and traditional) and branded collateral. Also managed identity and design of Learfield Sports corporate branded materials. Position responsibilities included client management, project management, digital strategy, creative concepting, copywriting, and design.

Served as digital brand manager at The Richards Group, a leading national advertising agency, within the interactive division, Click Here. Specialized in providing strategic direction, management and execution of the online communications efforts for national and regional brands including QuikTrip, Southern Methodist University, Children's Health, Zales, Protection One, Gander Mountain and AE Dairy.

Served as sales and marketing coordinator for Mizzou Sports Properties, the official corporate sponsorship arm of Mizzou Athletics, and a property of Learfield Sports. Assisted in the development, sale and fulfillment of sponsorship and advertising opportunities for television radio, print, online, event/sales promotions, and in-stadium signage. Conducted research to generate insights and recommendations for digital and new media sponsorship opportunities and sales approaches.Managed re-design of Mizzou's official athletic website, www.mutigers.com.

Taught Strategic Design & Visuals course that included instruction of Adobe design programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and introduction to principles of creative advertising to class of junior-level Strategic Communication students.Provided administrative and academic assistance to over 100 junior-level advertising students and 5-7 teaching assistants each semester.Facilitated semester long service-learning projects to over 40 students who created advertising materials for local nonprofit organizations.
