I oversee motor and VFD manufacturing orders from acceptance of a PO through shipment and often beyond based on the close working relationships I have established with my clients. I provide timely technical and commercial feedback and coordinate with all stakeholders to establish and maintain project expectations.

This was a custom position created by management for me. Along with the job responsibilities listed below, I also trained new employees and field technicians. I was involved with developing and implementing cost saving process improvements for the department. I was also responsible for analyzing and trending assessment results as well as developing new services to parlay into our core assessment service.

I performed cooling assessments on data centers and mission critical facilities. I personally visited client facilities to map out infrastructure and assess the current operational conditions. Once back in the office, I utilized all of my findings to finalize and calibrate an 'as-is' model of the facility. I organized recommendations and comprehensive solutions into a detailed report which enabled facility managers to increase data center efficiency, reduce the possibility of down time and reduce operating costs.
