Member of the project management team for the Arkansas Children's Hospital Northwest Arkansas campus project. During the project I helped push the boundaries of our implementation of technology on the project to find new ways to increase our accuracy of construction and enhanced owner experience.- Managed the the development of a 3D BIM Model for construction coordination and constructability review. This is used to monitor as-built conditions on the project and anticipate errors/omissions before they happen in the field- Implemented new processes for documenting as-built in-wall construction conditions with 360-degree photography techniques that integrate with our BIM360 software- Obtained the FAA's Remote Pilot Certification to operate a small UAS on project sites and document construction progress, inspections and site surveys

Assisted with Navisworks Clash Detection for MEP coordination on a multi-story, senior living facility in the heart of Downtown Dallas. Various field duties included survey and layout, quality control.

-Draft construction documents for remodel and exterior facade reconstruction of national retail stores 150,000-200,000 sq.ft. in size-Enhanced organization by creating an Excel document to track locations of as-built drawings throughout the office and in off-site storage-Create accurate as-built drawings of multi-building office mall through site visits, hand measurements and pictures.
