• Partner with HRO and PEO clients to ensure full compliance with State and Federal tax laws• Offer HR advice on the employee on-boarding, off-boarding process. Consult, develop, implement, and track company PTO plans & monitor company handbook policies• Make complex payroll decisions and corrections to ensure accuracy & compliance.
