-Manage new prospects and existing business pricing following established guidelines. Product pricing and packaging includes healthcare, workers’ compensation, TDI, EPLI, and UI management offerings. Review and approve sales team admin term requests for quotes. -Acts as a primary point of contact with sales leadership; meets regularly to drive continual improvement, share outcomes, and strategize to improve efficiency. Works directly with the sales operations team and BDMs to manage exceptions and resolve questions/concerns regarding prospect information and proposal components.-Act as a sounding board and business partner to Sales on pricing strategy and competitiveness. - Support a team of 10+ Business Development Managers by analyzing & modeling prospects' current human resource, healthcare, and labor burden costs against those offered by ProService Hawaii to produce comprehensive pricing grids and healthcare comparisons.- Analyze and develop service cost modeling to understand current & projected business costs and their relationship to profitability- Underwrite current & prospective client healthcare - Create/maintain various ad-hoc reports- Maintain appropriate pricing for our client base based on utilization, performance, and other risk based assumptions- Act as a sounding board and problem solve with Client Success Team on pricing strategy and overall competitiveness to ensure client retention

At the University of Hawaii Foundation, I worked on a management team to oversee a group of 30+ employees to raise important funds to empower students and members of the education system. Collectively, over the past three years, we raised over 3.5 million dollars for a variety of allocations throughout the University of Hawaii system and its affiliates.-Developed an incentive program to increase productivity amongst the whole department.

As a student caller, I was able to meet with the deans of each of the colleges within the University of Hawaii System and set goals to fundraise for their upcoming projects and needs, such as scholarships and equipment for students and faculty. This position required strict goal setting and determination to persuade and encourage alumni and friends of the UH System to support our vision.Through this job I became proficient in sales through telecommunications, by soliciting annual and prospective donors to help grow the University of Hawaii System. I developed strong rapport and professionalism through the phone which helped aid me in my success. I had the pleasure of raising over $65,000 for a variety of allocations throughout the UH System, and being a part of a team that raised $1.5 million dollars in donations for one fiscal year.
