My main responsibility was serving as the administrator of the Grove Community Improvement District, a political subdivision of the State of Missouri consisting of an eleven member board of directors and an annual budget of $200,000. I had a wide range of responsibilities including organizing board and sub-committee meetings, developing and filing reports with the City of St. Louis and the State of Missouri, maintaining organizational files and financial records, and maintaining the organization's website. In addition, I also drafted various resolutions for the governance of the district, developed agenda for all meetings, and recorded minutes of all meetings.Other responsibilities included tracking development along the Manchester Commercial Corridor, working on other community development projects in the Forest Park Southeast and Central West End neighborhoods, as well as projects specifically for the medical center campus, BJC, and Washington University School of Medicine.
