Using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to set up journeys for the customers, alternate the email content using both HTML and AMPScript, updating and creating data extensions within the cloud and sending out emails to our specific audiences, creating communication journeys using journey builder and Einstein AI to send emails at optimum times feeding these with custom automations in the automation builder.Working closely with key stakeholders of the business providing pre-campaign analytics and reporting using Power BI. After a campaign has been executed post campaign performance reporting and analytics done to help optimize ongoing campaigns.
