Brandon is a trial lawyer who specializes in resolving complex business disputes. He has a nationwide practice of representing companies and individuals, as well as bankruptcy trustees and creditors committees, in a wide variety of cases, including those involving claims for breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, fraudulent transfer, theft of trade secrets, preference actions, tax shelters, non-compete violations, derivative claims, and fraud. Brandon has been recognized as a "Rising Star" by Texas Super Lawyers magazine for his representing plaintiffs and defendants in bankruptcy courts, state and federal courts, arbitrations, and on appeal. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Texas as well as the Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. His business litigation practice spans many different industries, including oil and gas, biotechnology, software, construction, securities, employment benefits, and insurance brokerage services.Brandon is a native Texan. He grew up in Houston and graduated from Baylor University, earning his undergraduate and law degrees as a member of Baylor Nation. While in college, Brandon was a member of Student Foundation and Phi Beta Kappa. At law school, Brandon served as an editor for the Baylor Law Review and was a member of Baylor's nationally renowned mock trial program. Since moving to the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, Brandon has continued to serve his community as a member of White's Chapel United Methodist Church in Southlake.
