Provide administrative support to CEO, office and service managers of high traffic HVAC company. Responsible for CEO daily calendar and travel coordination. Office responsibilities include invoicing, IT support, maintaining digital and hard records, coordinating meetings, and taking meeting minutes. Duties for the service department include customer interaction, maintaining customer equipment lists, inventory lists, vehicle maintenance logs, chemical logs, purchases, returns, and dispatching technicians.Highlights:· Redesigned invoices, invoice reports, and customer monthly statement forms.· Researched and implemented new cell phones and service plans for technicians. · Proactively researching implementation of invoicing and purchasing within company’s current HVAC specific software.
