• Charge capture by reviewing provider and nurse documentation of patient records.
• Following up with provider in instances of missing documentation so as not to lose procedure charge.
• Tracking specific data inquired points on an as needed basis.
• Short term deadlines met with 95% or better accuracy.
• Epic software experience.
