As a SOC Analyst at DXC Technology, I apply my skills in network traffic analysis and Linux to monitor, detect, and respond to cyber threats and incidents. With the help of my team, I use the Cyber Kill Chain framework to identify and mitigate the stages of attacks, and I report and document the findings and actions taken. I am motivated by the challenge and importance of securing company data and information, and I constantly seek to improve my knowledge and skills in the field.I have a diverse educational background in information technology and marketing, which gives me a broader perspective and understanding of the business and technical aspects of cybersecurity. I completed the IT program at Flatiron School, where I learned the fundamentals of programming, networking, and security. I also studied marketing at Delaware County Community College, where I gained insights into consumer behavior, market research, and digital strategies. I hold a CompTIA Security+ certification, which validates my proficiency in core cybersecurity concepts.
