IT Integration Analysts work directly with participants and the Population Health Management System/Datawarehouse to manage data integration from a participant’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) to the Population Health Management System• Facilitate interfaces to Lightbeam (Population Health Management System) with various EHRs via remote agents, flat files, or 3rd party vendors• Conduct quality assurance check of EHR data in Lightbeam to assist participants by utilizing the front-end system and back end SQL environment• Perform detailed data analysis of reports and SQL databases to purge business units within the Lightbeam Hierarchy• Worked to efficiently improve workflow processes within the build process• Build and update business units in the hierarchy in the test and production environments with high attention to detail and accuracy• Create and update program workflows and reports accordingly• Serve as primary point of contact between Population Health Management System, participants, and EHR Vendors• Communicate details of each integration project to both business and technical teams from beginning to end of a project• Problem-solve with the Integration Analyst team to anticipate issues and act proactively to address potential issues
