Hi! I'm a behavioural scientist with a passion for understanding people. After I completed my PhD in psychology, I attended BehaviourWorks Australia’s first research conference and was hooked by the idea of really understanding why people behave the way they do and being able to make a difference through applied work.I co-lead the Health and Social Portfolio at BehaviourWorks Australia. In this role, I have worked on a range of research projects:Improving Patient Safety Trials with VMIAReducing family violence with the Victorian government..My research interests focus on understanding behavioural drivers in various contexts such as patient safety, women's health, health equity, gender equality, domestic violence, and social inclusion. I am experienced with a broad range of qualitative and quantitative research techniques, including reviews and experiments.
