Manages all pending member records for assigned donor centers. Included but not limited to managing all duplicate member records, no make records and no sample records. Contacts members to clarify unclear of missing information from consent forms and/or attempts to locate missing member contact information through various methods available within the department.Provides high quality customer service to incoming calls from the general public. Responsible for guiding, scheduling and training up to twelve persons to deliver great product and outstanding customer service while controlling labor. Engaging with our customers to receive feedback on service. Liable for balancing daily deposits and their delivery to the bank. Accountable for placing daily food and beverage orders, maintaining food costs and reconciliation of invoices. Taking charge of store while Store Manager is not present.
