Throughout the years I have gained valuable IT skills are either self-taught or attend classes . I create and update web and SharePoint sites. I learned Digital Accessibility. Order hardware and software (desktop computer, laptops, monitors, docking stations, webcams, mice, keyboards, printers and cell phones). Onboarding and offboarding of employees. Before calling the IT department I first see if I can solve the technology problem. 9 times out of 10 I can. Some of the problems I have solved are: On our personal computer we lost all of the programs. After 3 months I was able to figure out how to retrieve them. We received a new multifunction printer and the IT person could not figure out why the fax part did not work. I figured out the problem and the fax part of the printer is working. My desktop phone kept disconnecting and I would have to unplug and restart the phone. I noticed when I would open and close the drawer to my file cabinet it would happen. The IT person came down and it was because the cord to the phone was behind there and it has bent the cord. Replaced the cord and did not push the file cabinet all the way back and now no problem. An interest of mine is Cybersecurity. I have been watching LinkedIn Learning video, attending webinars, am in the Cisco Network Academy, and I registered to obtain a BA/MA from the local university. I also have experience working in an IT environment and was back up to the Help Desk. Programs I have experience with are Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro, Dreamweaver, Cold Fusion, Sitecore, Sierna College, Doodle, Google Chrome, Photoshop, SharePoint.
Listed skills include Microsoft Office, Dreamweaver, E Learning, Web Design, and 16 others.
