Ticket Sales Representative at A1 VIP Entertainment:I spent most of my time cold-calling other companies and leads, I generated myself through social media and even Craigslist. I also took advantage of my boss' current client database and had a lot of success through warm calling as well. I developed long term customer relationships and improved my sales skills in person and over the phone immensely. I was in charge of keeping track of pre-sale dates for concerts our client base would be interested in. Over the summer of 2016, I generated over $4,000 in profit for my employer, John Anthony, and made almost $1,000 in commission. The office was located on a shared floor with many other small businesses and provided an amazing networking opportunity on a daily basis. I would take all incoming calls and that developed my ability to ease the mind of upset customers and build strong relationships with them. With matchmaking, there were very unique issues that customers wanted to voice and I had to prove to them I was doing everything in my power to take care of them. I also used ACT software to enter every clients personal information and had to constantly update their profiles.
