Brendan was an Exec Operations Director within Mono Consultants, now part of Solutions 30. Directing the strategy for safe delivery of outline design, engineering, construction, installation and commissioning & drive for operational efficiency.

Brendan was the UK Technical & Operational Efficiency Director responsible for the strategic technical direction, technical compliance and operational efficiency for Engineering & Technology across the Utilities Division and part of the Utilities leadership team.

Brendan was the European (UK & Ireland) Client Services Director responsible for strategic development and part of the Design & Build leadership team.His main responsibilities;• Leading, creating and developing high performing teams• Developing strong client relationships• Establishing, reporting and growing the business.• Establishing and growing strategic diversification pipelines.• Directing complex bid strategies & governance.• JV Board Director for Irish Water and Yorkshire Water.His key strengths are his knowledge and working relationships within the water industry, strategic thinking, business acumen and building winning teams. He also has an approach to challenging methods and solutions, and ability to look for areas of value and innovation from proposals through to completion in all disciplines.

Brendan was responsible for the Northern area office reporting directly to the board & appointed Framework Director responsible for P&L for the YWS framework.

MJ Gleeson Planning & Engineering Manager and part of the Senior Management Team within the Northern Region. Brendan was responsible for leading Business Development, Value Engineering, Design Development, Planning and Managing Engineering resources both internal and external from proposals to completion on all EPC major projects.
