As a Supervisor at Penn State Lion Line I was responsible for supervising a calling team of up to 60 students along with two other supervisors, for Penn State’s telefund organization. The other supervisors and I conducted quality control on fundraising calls and provided feedback to employees on their calls. Other responsibilities included organizing shift calling assignments, caller seating and payroll management. In addition to supervising, I called alumni to create a compelling and personal cases for giving, while overcoming objections. Most importantly, is that I have personally raised over $43,000 for Penn State academics.

I was responsible for developing two case studies to be utilized in internal Lean Six Sigma training programs. Throughout the duration of this project I created and presented project outcomes in four milestone meetings to upper management. Other responsibilities included assisting in the planning and facilitation of multiple process improvement and process mapping workshops that resulted in improved future state business processes. I consistently delivered all milestones within project scope on time or early.
