In the role of Account Manager, Brenda was the first point of contact for the client regarding sourcing and deploying (internal and external) 'resources' for various assignments and projects on topics such as Digital, Business Consulting and Technology. Brenda maintained a close relationship with the management team and was the connecting link between the customer, consultant and Ordina. The account which Brenda was responsible for increased from 20 to 70 consultants, for which she mapped out the strategic project planning for the key business domains and conduct rate negotiations at client head office level. Brenda also had a key role in developing, maintaining and growing the account portfolio planning with clients by preparation of strategic account sales and acquisition plans and ensuring consultative, cross and up selling. This often results in high and increasing customer satisfaction scores, for example at Ordina (88/100). She proactively built, expanded and managed relevant relationship networks and (co)organized events (Ordina Open Innovation days and IT knowledge sessions etc.).Ordina is the largest, independent IT services provider in the Benelux. Building the digital world with consulting , digital and technology solutions. Focusing on companies and organizations in the industry, public, healthcare and financial sector.

Brenda’s was the coordinator of the Project Advice Framework with the aim that the Rabobank could provide future-proof mortgage advice. Responsible for co-coordinating the advisory framework, shaping the implementation, processes and systems management of the advice planner, preparing the files, disseminating the policy and supervising employees. During this project she graduated for her Bachelor Grade and her graduation thesis set the starting point for an improved arrangement of the business counters within the Rabobank client offices in the Utrecht region. Brenda also contributed to the project “Payment Packages”which had the aim of harmonizing the payment packages. Responsibilities: taking care of the implementation of the new payment packages. Promoting the policy. Giving presentations within the organization. Assisting with the implementation of the packages. Being the single point of contact for employees and assisting with implementation. Drafting agreements for employees leaving the company. Performing process and quality controls. Brenda was a member of the Personnel and Payroll Administration Project (PSA). The PSA offered a service for all HR activities that was subsequently transferred to Rabobank Nederland. Brenda was a key player in ensuring the correct implementation of the functionality of the system within the organization. In addition, Brenda had a coordinating role in directing the employees of the Personnel and Payroll Administration, delivering the project on time. The HR audit was awarded the highest company audit score, within Rabobank Utrecht.The PSA offered a service for all HR activities (Personnel, Payroll Administration) that was subsequently transferred to Rabobank Nederland. Brenda was a key player in ensuring the correct implementation of the functionality of the system within the organization. Brenda was a flight attendant, providing personal services for the safety and comfort of passengers during the flights. Responsibilities including, Greeting passengers, checking tickets and explaining the use of safety equipment to ensure an optimal flight. Brenda also, served various snacks, drinks, duty-free products and refreshments, on board flights. Brenda performed her duties with enthusiasm/passion to increase revenues per flight and satisfy the customers expectations.
