I manage the daily operations of Takashi including coordinating all private event requests and managing the beverage program, which includes French and Spanish wines, beer, spirits and sake.

Currently, I work for Quince, primarily specializing in events coordinating. I market our events capabilities while also planning and executing all private and public/promotional events. I also work with a marketing/management team to utilize advertising opportunities and create ad designs/copy. I also keep our company website up to date along with the help of our web designer. I am responsible for the restaurant's current social media efforts, mainly on Facebook, but I hope to expand this in the near future. I also assist with our wine and beverage program, performing a monthly inventory, updating and reprinting our wine lists in house, as well as updating our wine organization and inventory spreadsheets. I attend networking events for the restaurant, and I manage day to day operations from scheduling and staff issues to financial summaries with the help of the managing partner. Quince is a real learning experience for several aspects of advertising, marketing, public relations, and management.
