I love helping people and teams achieve their desired outcomes. I am at my best when I team with people to help design solutions, solve problems and make improvements to processes that ultimately produce those desired outcomes. That is when my skills and experience are creatively sparked.I have enjoyed roles throughout my career which have provided me with a strong foundation in technology and finance along with process and operations management. I have done the work, managed teams to get the work done and have developed and led the long-term vision and strategy which defines the work.
