My expertise is in immersive entertainment and community arts programming with a background in operations management, applied theatre, and education, however, my passion and recent studies in arts counselling has strengthened my interpersonal and personnel management skills.My dedication to community arts programming is exemplified in my youth drama work, and permeates my current full-time role as Manager of Operations and Sales. Over the past two years I’ve developed ways to further engage student groups in immersive and puzzle-based play at London’s premier live escape business. I have also furthered my arts facilitation and programming toolkit by acquiring distinction in a Postgraduate Certificate in Psychotherapy and Arts Counselling from the Institute for Arts Therapy and Education accredited by the University of East London, which has already positively influenced the ways I lead staff, plan and deliver training. Managing clueQuest the Live Escape Game through an extraordinarily challenging year due to Covid-19 has refined my strategic planning, personnel development, and operations and customer service coordination skills preparing me for future difficult project management opportunities. I am confident I will positively contribute to any organisation by relying on my budget management, administrative coordination, and personnel and learning development expertise. My proficiency with Customer Management Relations (CRM) software such as Salesforce processing payroll and staff expenses and my current wide-range of responsibilities such as hiring new starters, overseeing training and development of staff, scheduling rotas, maintaining sales tracking systems, and staff progression will prepare me to take on any ad hoc project management demands. My diversified background in managing a team, and embedding creative accessible and collaborative protocols will ensure that any project will reach its targets, reflect on any relevant areas of improvement, and positively impact the organisation's mission and values.
