Key Achievements★ Point of contact for a number of military and government agencies, program/project managers, as well as contract personnel in range testing and support for the AUTEC project. ★ Evaluate current range support methods and determine best course of action for program testing focused on customer requirements; determine if additional resources are needed. ★ Manage cost-effective program requirements by monitoring expenditures of all departments and coordinate funding needs with finance and SMEs (subject matter experts). ★ Oversee program logistics and testing schedules including asset preparation, modification, shipping, staging, management of HazMat or waste and pre- and post-test logistics support before/after each range test. ★ Utilize strong technical writing skills to create/post all operations documentation; update/maintain test support documents that support/reflect any changes in range user schedules or requirements.★ Utilize a number of MS Office programs including Access database and Excel to keep accurate and detailed range information.★ Revamp of data collection forms to streamline reporting and post-analysis procedures.

Managed and directed the Test Operations Team and provided range expertise for the Program Manager and Program Engineering during AUTEC test planning.
