Remote and in-person support of end users issues throughout multiple sites. Imaging new technology via SCCM, inventory management, interaction with vendors for warranty work. On-site full-time support for approximately 75 users at a local law firm. Responsible for daily break/fix (servers, desktops, laptops); maintenance, updates, resolving trouble tickets, hardware/software issues (including Windows 7-10 upgrades) and all other duties as assigned.
