I have a passion for providing best-in-class desktop and customer support services, as well as managing complex migrations and projects.At Fortune-Johnson LLC, I was responsible for M365 and Azure AD administration, procurement and inventory management, onboarding and offboarding IT support, and break/fix support and system building.
