Identified, approved and managed to implementation all remediation efforts for risks uncovered before and during the transition. Risks revolved around data and Great-West personnel operating within the JPMC corporate environment and included network access, email access, data security, data encryption, data transfer, authorization and access controls, application and code repository security Delivered 3 years of zero findings for the SOC 1: SSAE16 RPS technology controls yearly audit. Produced over 800 documents of evidence, worked and negotiated directly with the outside auditors and provided yearly updates to the control language  Partnered with application business owners, developers, and architects to spearhead JPMC cyber security initiatives for all 46 applications within RPS. This included application design reviews, open source code scanning, static code scanning, dynamic code scanning, penetration testing, network perimeter scanning, firewall review, access and authorization review and control reviews for all data at rest or in transit  Led and completed detailed application risk assessments and risk classifications yearly for 46 applications. Further assisted senior management in department staffing model and career development of approximately 60 SAMC associates. Other responsibilities included interfacing with executives by providing metrics and measures supporting monitoring of Sprint's infrastructure and business functions. Act as organizational interface to Sprint's project management portal as well as ITIL advisor, resource coordinator and LOE provider for projects.
