Over a twenty year period, my team at Beech Ovens developed a large selection of must have cooking appliances that gained the reputation as the “ Rolls Royce” of spectacular high performance cooking products around the world. Our clientele included over 40 x 5 star hotel chains, multinational fast food chains and celebrity chefs including the likes of Heston Blumenthal, Nobu, Gordon Ramsey, Marco Pierre White and in Australia Neil Perry, Guy Grossi, Matt Moran to name but a few. Since Beech Ovens were purchased outright in 2012 by the Middleby Corporation, I have gone on to further pursue my great interest in Digital media specifically Corporate Video and Photography. I have surrounded myself with an enthusiastic talented team and together we are enjoying great success in creating Digital Content for the corporate world. Our success in this field has been due to our extensive knowledge in dealing with business people for decades and responding to their needs in a calm creative business like way.
