Assigned division has responsibility for developing and supporting a Telematics Platform that facilitates retrieving data from equipment in the field and making this data available via APIs. Primary responsibilities include: Managing governance cadence focused on prudent visibility to project health in terms of cost, quality and schedule performance; facilitating Program Increment planning.Prior Positions: IT Portfolio Manager (2014-2017): Assigned division had responsibility for central PMO function and several Business Unit-wide processes included Capacity and Resource Planning, Primavera administration, and Demand Management. Primary responsibilities including: Developing and implementing process and tools to facilitate Capacity and Resource Planning as well as Project Slotting; supporting the "stand up" of a Demand Management capability.IT Manager (2013-2014): Assigned division had responsibility for Design, Build, and Test efforts associated with the following functions - Production Order Plan/Create/Release, S&OP Process. Technical Scope: SAP SCM, ME, MII, Significant Legacy Integration. IT Manager (2012-2013): Assigned division had responsibility for Support (Tier 1-3) of ERP solution deployed to manufacturing facilities and service centers. Specific team responsibilities included:Business Partner Relationship Managers, ITSM (Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management), Service Level Management, HPQC Administration, Continuous Improvement Project Management. Project, Program, Release and Deployment Manager (2005-2012): Specific responsibilities included: Project Manager for SAP application development and support (2005-2007); Deployment Manager for ERP solution deployed to dealer network (2008-2009); Release Manager (2010-2012) for ERP solution developed for manufacturing facilities; Deployment Manager (2011) for ERP solution deployed to non-US product distribution center.
